MUSCLE STRENGTH TRAINING IN THE ABDOMINAL CORE IN ATHLETES

ABSTRACT Introduction: Gymnastics requires high-level body coordination and control. The key to success for gymnasts is control adjust the center of gravity through abdominal core muscles. Abdominal resistance training mainly aimed at fulfilling this purpose. Objective: Analyze results on fitness gymnasts. Methods: 20 volunteer were selected by random sampling. experimental participants tested functional exercise capacity. study focused athletes' weaknesses during exercise. After completing training, test was performed. data obtained analyzed statistically. Results: peaks flexor dorsal muscles significantly enhanced (P<0.05). There no significant difference between two groups before after flexors extensors (P>0.05). Conclusion: plays a positive role in improving Coaches can actively introduce into their regular exercises improve fitness. Level evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation treatment outcomes.
